We are now Self-managed HOA.

Our community of 54 single-family homes surrounds Hourglass Estates Lake in the southern part of Venice, FL. The lake hosts fish, and attracts abundant wildlife such as osprey, ibis, egrets, herons, wood storks, ducks, whistlers, and alligators. We are also in a sandhill crane area. Our yards sport lovely trees, bushes, and flowers.
